Is a public institution of an administrative nature created by the common Ministerial Decree No. 159 issued on December 29, 2011 included the creation of departments of Academic Works and identify and based on a modified and supplemented list university residences affiliation.

Departments
According to the joint ministerial decree of 18/11/1424 corresponding to 11/01/2004, which defines the administrative organization of the National Office of University Works and the directorates of university works and university residences, Directorate of University Works include the following structures:
Department of Finance and Public Procurement
It is the financial nerve of the Directorate.it manages material and financial resources made available to the DOU.
HR departement
Is based on the human capabilities placed at the disposal of the Directorate that provides its best to ensure that the student receives the best services
Scholarship department
The scholarships department ensures the processing and follow-up of the files of student beneficiaries of scholarships.
Control and Coordination Department
To develop transport plans for university residences attached to the DOU and to monitor their implementation.
